This Privacy Policy explains how Floppai collects, uses and protects the personal data you share with us.
Data we collect
When you contact us we collect the information you provide in the form: name, company, email, optional phone number and your message. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Automated review of your message
To filter spam and route genuine enquiries, your message is checked by an automated classification service. Before it is sent, identifying details are removed and replaced with placeholders: your name, company, email address, phone number and any links are never transmitted. Only the subject you selected and a pseudonymized version of your message text are processed. This check does not make any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect for you — a member of our team reviews every genuine enquiry.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained as a business record so we can respond and follow up. Technical data collected for abuse prevention only — your IP address and browser user agent — is deleted after 90 days.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors to operate the contact form: a database provider to store submissions, an anti-bot verification service, an automated classification provider (which receives only pseudonymized text, as described above), and an email provider used solely to send you our reply. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@floppai.com.
